What will happen to my complaint?

You've either sent us an email or a letter, or called us to let us know you have a complaint. 
When we receive your complaint, it will first be processed internally.
Then we'll contact you to further discuss your complaint, for example when we've found a possible new solution. 
It may take up to a few days before you hear back from us, for instance if we need to contact a particular supplier about your complaint and the supplier isn't available to talk to us right away. 

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding. It is always our first priority to contact you as soon as we can.
