Can I create a business account?

At the top of our web page, you'll find the Business Account option.
When you've entered and saved your information, we will verify your account and then send you a confirmation email once your business account is active and ready for use. 
NOTE: Your account will not be active until after our confirmation, so please wait until we've confirmed your business account before placing any orders.

Can different employees use my business account?

It is possible to let several people use your business account, but only by using the same email address and password.
Unfortunately it isn't possible to create individual users for the same account.

When other people use my account, can they all see the same information?

All employees that use the same business account will be able to see and edit the same information.

Why did I receive a notification that my email address is already in use?

An account has probably already been created with this email address, possibly a regular customer account. 
It isn't possible to open two separate accounts using the same email address.
However, we can convert your regular account into a business account. 

Would you like us to change your account into a business account?
Send us an email with the following information:
-    The email address of the existing account
-    Your company's VAT and Chamber of Commerce numbers
-    The desired shipping address
We will then process your request as soon as possible.
As soon as your account has been converted into a business account, we will send you an email confirmation.

How do I place a business order?

To place a business order, all you need to do is log in to your business account and then place your order.

Can I order over 50 units of the same product?

You can, as long as we have them in stock.
During the ordering process, you'll be able to see whether the number of products in stock is sufficient.
It's not possible to order more items than the number of products that we have in stock.

Can I return products from my business order, even if it's a large number of products?

Different rules apply to business orders (B2B) than they do to regular customer orders.
Sending back a large business order is unfortunately not possible. 

Can I have my order delivered to different addresses?

We can only deliver to the address of the company associated with your account.
As a Dutch business, we are obligated to check the validity of business orders (without VAT) inside the European Union. 
We can only deliver to an alternate address if you can present an official document from the Chamber of Commerce or another government facility that proves the address belongs to your company.
This document should state the VAT number, as well as the address that the VAT number is registered to, and the address that the products should be delivered to.
