Does my product come with a warranty? How long does the warranty last?

All products available for purchase at Hollandbikeshop.com are covered by the standard manufacturer or supplier warranty.
There is a statutory warranty period of two years.

What is my proof of warranty?

Your invoice is your proof of warranty, so make sure you hold onto it, just in case of an issue with your product(s).

The product I order was damaged/defective when it arrived.

We're so sorry this has happened. Please send us an email with the following information:
-    The order number
-    A description of the damage
-    Pictures of the damaged product, the packaging/box the product arrived in and any stickers on the outside of package

As soon as we have this information, we can start looking for a solution.

My product was damaged or broke while I was using it.

As a consumer, you want products you buy from us to be reliable and not to break when you only just got them.
When your product does sustain damage or if it breaks while you're using it, and it really shouldn't, please send us an email with pictures of the damage, as well as a description of the manner in which the damage was sustained.
As soon as we have this information, we can start looking for a solution.

I want to return a product. Will I have to pay the shipping costs?

Returning a product under warranty is possible. In our return policy section on warranties, we explain what steps you need to take if you want to make a warranty claim.
In case of a valid warranty claim, Hollandbikeshop.com will refund your shipping fee up to three months after the original purchase date. In other words, the order that your damaged/defective product was part of, cannot be older than three months.
