Return Policy

Can I return products from my order?

Absolutely.
You have the right of withdrawal for 30 days after you've received your order, so you can return your product(s) to us without giving reason.

How do I return my products?

If you want to return one or several products from your order, or the entire order, we kindly ask you to do the following:
-    Notify us of your planned return shipment via email (helpdesk@hollandbikeshop.com) and state your order number, as well as the product number for each product you wish to return. We will send you our returns form and returns label.
-    Send your products and all accessories that were included in the product packaging to us in their original state (if reasonably possible), meaning in their original packaging and without having been used.
-    Enclose a copy of your invoice and order number, and please remember to include the IBAN number for the account that was used to make payment.
After we've received and processed your returns in our Returns department, the amount you paid should be refunded to the account used to make payment within a few days.

Where can I find the returns form and returns label?

As soon as you've notified us of your intent to return products to us, we'll send you an email with the returns form, and the returns label to stick on your package. 

What requirements should my return shipment meet?

If reasonably possible, the products in a return shipment should be in their original state. 
They should also be complete, so all accessories that were included in the original product packaging should be in your return package. 

Do I pay shipping costs for a return shipment?

Yes, the direct costs for a return shipment are paid for by our customers.
We do however refund the shipping costs for the original order.
If you return part of an order to us, we refund part of the shipping costs. 
If for example your original order contained three products and you send one product back, we'll refund you a third of the original shipping costs.
If you send back two of the three products, we'll refund two thirds of the shipping costs.

What if I can't print the returns form and/or label?

Of course it's fine to write our return address on your envelope or package with a pen, as long as it's clearly legible.
Please include your own address as well. 
We do however need the returns form to be able to process your return shipment.
If there is absolutely no printing option available to you, you can write all the information that is on our returns form down on a piece of paper (clearly legible) and include this with your returns.
That way we will have all the information we need to process your return shipment:
-    Your name and address 
-    The date of your return shipment
-    Your order number
-    For every product you're returning: 
             the product number; 
             a description of each product (example: “Urban Iki Windscreen Chigusa Green”); 
             the date you received the product; 
             the reason you're returning it (giving a reason is not mandatory).

How will I know when you've received my return shipment?

We will send you an email confirmation.
After we've received your returns and have processed them in our Returns department, the amount you paid will be refunded to the account you used to pay for your original order within a few days.

How long does it take to process a return shipment?

We'll try to process your return shipment as quickly as possible.

How long before I receive my refund?

You'll receive an email notification from us, letting you know that your returns will be refunded.
