Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

In most cases, it will be possible to cancel your order via email or telephone, but only if your order has not been shipped yet.
Of course it's always possible to return your order after you've received it.

Why was my order cancelled?

There is the possibility that we haven't received payment for the order.
In this case, orders are cancelled automatically. 
If your account has been charged but your order was still cancelled, please get in touch with us.
We can look into what has gone wrong and fix the issue.

I've already paid for my order. When will I receive my refund?

The amount should be back in your account within a few days.
