Can I have my product repaired?
We can only determine whether the product can be repaired by assessing the damage.
It's impossible to say in advance whether or not repairs are possible, but we will always try to find a solution in case of damage.
Send us a picture of the damaged or broken product, and we'll see what we can do for you.
How long do repairs take?
Of course we want your product repaired and back in your possession as quickly as possible, but it's difficult to determine beforehand how long repairs will take exactly.
In case of product repair taking an exceptionally long time, we will let you know.
Can I track my product's repair status?
Unfortunately it's not possible to follow each step of the process.
After receiving the product that needs to be repaired, we'll determine how to proceed.
For example, we may send the product back to the manufacturer so that they can fix it, and will inform you regarding the estimated time it will take to repair your product.
Will it cost money to have my product repaired?
If the product is still under warranty - if you received the product less than three months ago - repairs are free.
In addition, if your warranty claim is valid and you've had the product in your possession for less than three months, we will take care of the shipping costs.
We do not cover additional costs if you decide to return the product to us in person or use a more expensive shipping method for your return shipment.
If your warranty claim isn't deemed valid, because the damage is determined as caused 'by fault of the consumer', we will inform you in advance.
