When will I be refunded if I return (products from) my order?

As soon as we've received the products you returned and our Returns department has processed them, we'll send you an email.
The amount should be refunded to the account you used to make payment within a few days.

When will I receive a refund after I cancel my order?

It should take no more than a few days for the amount paid to be refunded to the account you used to pay for your order.

How quickly will I be refunded if my order is unsuccessful?

If you paid for your order, this means that your order was successful.
If you do see a notification that says payment was unsuccessful, then there's no reason you can't go back and place your order again, if you wish to do so.
