As a four-season tire for SUV e-bikes, the Schwalbe HYBRID Johnny Watts 365 offers grip, comfort, and an impressive range for daily commuting and off-road adventures, even in frost and slippery conditions.

The First SUV e-Bike Tire

The Schwalbe HYBRID Johnny Watts 365 is our tire specifically designed for SUV e-bikes. Just like an SUV, it is prepared for almost anything: in daily urban use, it is the powerhouse that safely gets you to your destination. When venturing off the beaten path, this tire invites adventure and helps you discover new trails. It consistently combines comfort, grip, and range. Additionally, it protects against punctures and lasts for many miles.

Grip on Trails and Range on Bike Paths

As a true all-rounder, the HYBRID Johnny Watts 365 strikes the perfect balance between off-road and street tires. It rolls smoothly and quietly over asphalt and bike paths. The low rolling resistance ensures riding pleasure and a greater range. On unpaved terrain, it excels with excellent grip and traction.

With JOHNNY WATTS 365 Through All Seasons

For four-season riders and all-weather cyclists, the HYBRID Johnny Watts 365 offers safety in every season. Where many rubber compounds struggle, our ADDIX 4-Season compound still provides grip even in frost and slippery conditions. The tread features fine lugs that bite into various surfaces even better. The ideal e-bike tire for winter.

The Tread for SUV e-Bikes

For smooth rolling and quiet performance on asphalt and other hard surfaces, the HYBRID Johnny Watts 365 features closely spaced knobs in the center, forming an almost closed tread. The generous dimensions ensure a long lifespan. Towards the shoulders, the tread opens up to provide extra traction off-road. The large shoulder knobs are inspired by mountain bike tires and deliver excellent grip in corners.

The Right Tire Pressure

Tire performance, rolling resistance, and thus the battery range of e-bikes depend on the correct tire pressure. With the Schwalbe Pressure Guide, you can easily determine the optimal pressure to get the best out of the HYBRID Johnny Watts 365. With minor adjustments, you can fine-tune the riding behavior.

Which tire fits which rim?

The so-called ETRTO size (European Tire and Rim Technical Organisation) consists of two numbers:
the first is the width of the tire in millimeters and the second is the diameter of the tire in millimeters.
City bikes usually have tire size 37-622: a 37 mm width and a 622 mm diameter.
The tire width must match the rim width.
The following chart shows possible combinations of tire widths and rim widths according to ETRTO.
