Maxim Sports drink is an easily water-soluble powder for preparing a tasty hypotonic sports drink.
It provides the optimal amount of carbohydrates and minerals (= electrolytes) that you need during exercise.
This sports drink from Maxim contains the most minerals and electrolytes of all sports drinks.
During exercise you lose, in addition to moisture, carbohydrates and minerals.
A fluid loss of only 2% of your body weight can affect your performance.
To counteract this, you can drink a hypotonic energy drink during exercise.
Maxim Sports Drink contains the ingredients your body needs to maintain your fluid balance, carbohydrate stock and electrolytes (= salts & minerals).
The advantage of this hypotonic sports drink is that it is less sweet and contains more electrolytes than a regular isotonic drink.
It is absorbed faster by your body and is kinder to the stomach.
Maxim contains a unique carbohydrate ratio based on an improved absorption in the body.
It contains an optimal carbohydrate ratio of 2:1 maltodextrin-fructose.

When do you use Maxim Sports Drink:
Very suitable as a sports drink before and during exercise.
We recommend 500ml sports drink (= 2 scoops/500ml water) before exercise and at least 750ml (= 3 scoops/750ml water) during exercise.
Also suitable as a thirst quencher after exercise.
You can then use 2 scoops on 750 ml.
