Information: Over time, your battery will wear down and start to drain faster. You may find that you will be able to ride less far than before with pedal assistance. It’s easy to check the state of your battery: press and hold the button on the battery for 10 seconds.
If only the leftmost light flashes, it is time to replace the battery.
On a rare occasion, there may be a malfunction. In this case, only one of the lights will flash. In the table below, you will find possible causes for a malfunction. Should a malfunction occur, please contact your e-bike dealer.
Not using your battery? Charge it up to 50% once every three months.

X LED 4 Charger defect / charge via discharge port
