The breathable upper and moderately stiff nylon outsole combine comfort and pedaling efficiency.

The Hydra features a single Velcro strap for faster, hassle-free transitions where any mistake can cost crucial time.
In addition, the wraparound strap provides the strong support athletes need to be efficient in any competition situation.

The simple closure system is combined with a 3D-Air-Mesh fabric upper to obtain a highly breathable shoe that prevents excessively sweaty feet, making it an optimal solution for those who prefer to run without socks.

The updated R5 nylon outsole provides comfort and moderate stiffness for efficient pedaling.
In addition, the cleat is moved back slightly compared to conventional settings to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce pressure on the knees.
