Thanks to Vari Cushion technology, the Campagnolo Super Record 2x12-speed Ergopower brake/shifter levers for disc brakes provide a better contact surface and an ergonomic, comfortable, and secure grip—essential qualities for those spending multiple hours on the road.

The inside of the shifters contains a concentration of technology and experience, starting with the "One Lever, One Action" function, which assigns a function to each lever, thus avoiding shifting errors due to fatigue or in hectic phases. The optional multiple shifting via the Ultra Shift mechanism is also noteworthy, allowing the chain to move when downshifting by three gears and upshifting by up to five gears. This means that the pedaling rhythm does not need to change even with unforeseen bumps or speed corrections, ensuring surprisingly fast and smooth shifting.

The Ergopower brake/shifter levers also offer extensive adjustment options: for adaptation to different hand sizes, the brake lever can be brought closer to the grip thanks to Reach Adjustment, while AMS Adjustment allows for the modulation of the shifting engagement point via special levers. The brake levers feature a double curvature to enhance grip and two slots to complement the Reach Adjustment.

Campagnolo Flat Mount Brake Caliper

Thanks to their phenolic resin pistons with a diameter of 22 mm, the Campagnolo Flatmount disc brake calipers enable powerful and modular braking performance in any situation. This lightweight material provides good thermal insulation, ensuring that braking performance remains consistent over the long term.

To meet the demand for maximum performance, the forged aluminum construction provides the necessary stiffness and strength. The return mechanism of the pistons has been optimized for a quick return of the brake pads to their starting position, simultaneously dampening vibrations during braking and minimizing the total play between the brake pad and disc (0.4 to 0.8 mm).

Particular attention was also paid to simplifying maintenance and assembly tasks during the development of the caliper. Accordingly, the pads are equipped with wear indicators. Their replacement is also facilitated by the absence of physical return springs. The insertion of the disc into the caliper has also been optimized to make wheel changes easier and faster.
