Campagnolo Ekar 13s Disc Brake Set Ø140mm Right - Black

For the Ekar group, Campagnolo has made numerous detail-oriented enhancements to the renowned Ergopower shift/brake lever. The most noticeable modification is the redesigned inner shifter, featuring a larger C-shape that allows for easier thumb access in the STI grip position. To boost control during off-road riding, the aluminum brake levers come with a lasered finish and a special surface that enhances grip in all weather conditions. For optimal ergonomics, the grip width can be adjusted to fit the size of your hand. Additionally, the Vari-Cushion Hoods provide a comfortable and secure grip position. When it comes to shifting logic, Campagnolo continues to rely on the proven Ultra Shift system, now upgraded to 13 speeds. When shifting up, you can bridge up to 3 gears with a single shift movement. Unlike the Road version, only one gear can be shifted at a time when moving to a higher gear, preventing accidental shifts in rough terrain.

The newly designed Ekar brake calipers operate just like the Campagnolo Road brake calipers, using mineral oil as the braking medium to ensure optimal braking performance. The tried and tested organic DB310 pads are also utilized in the Ekar brake calipers. These pads feature a carrier plate with vibration compensation, which helps reduce brake vibrations and the annoying squeaking that often accompanies them.

NOTE: The set is delivered without brake disc, adapter, and flat mount fastening screws.
