The 2x12-speed Chorus crank is a true concentration of technology and versatility. It is technically advanced due to the manufacturing process that utilizes a unidirectional arrangement of carbon fibers, with the carbon components cast in one piece directly without surface coating. Like the Record crank, it features a steel Ultra-Torque bottom bracket. Its versatility comes from the bolt circle of 123 mm, which simultaneously provides an extremely robust structure for a wider range of applications. The reduced bolt circle makes this crank compatible with 52/36, 50/34, and also 48/32 chainring combinations.

X.P.S.S.™ (Extreme Performance Shifting System)
X.P.S.S.™ describes a project with a precise goal: to provide Campagnolo groups with optimal performance of the front derailleur. The Campy Tech Lab™ has achieved this goal once again. The new design of the shifting paths for upshifting and downshifting the chain has been meticulously studied using mathematical calculations that simulate the possible chain movements on the chainrings and determine their ideal angles.

Ultra Torque™
Campagnolo has ensured that the two axle halves of the bottom bracket are inseparably connected to the respective crank arms. This new development has significantly reduced the lateral protrusion of the frame at axle height, thus preventing unwanted contact with the ankle while pedaling.

Installation is extremely simple, with a single oversized bolt securely connecting the two axle halves. In terms of torque transfer, this system certainly stands up to comparison with a one-piece axle.

Campagnolo Chorus shifting components may only be used with mechanical Campagnolo 12-speed drivetrain components. This is the only way to guarantee functionality, precision, and durability.
