How are bicycles delivered?

We pack our bicycles in sturdy boxes before handing them over to PostNL or DHL.
Domestic orders containing bicycles with a tire size of 16 inches or higher are shipped using the transport company FlevoBird.
Outside of the Netherlands, we use TNT to ship your order.
Other than that, the shipping process is the same as it is for regular packages.
When your package or bicycle has been handed over to the delivery service, the transport company will provide you with information regarding delivery.

What is the delivery time for my bicycle?

The delivery time for bicycles may vary, for example because our suppliers have varying delivery times.
We expect to be able to deliver your bicycle to you in 2 to 5 business days.

Is my bicycle ready for use?

Your bicycle is 98% finished when it's delivered.
All you have to do is adjust the handlebars and seatpost and, if you ordered a bicycle with a front carrier, you'll need to install that too.
When bicycles are shipped abroad, you'll also need to fasten the bike pedals yourself.

If possible, we advise you to take your new bicycle to an expert to finish assembly - a bike mechanic.
