CycloTech Subzero Disc Brake Pads Kevlar For. Shimano SLX

These Cyclotech Subzero refill pads are designed to fit the reusable Subzero cooling backplates, compatible with Shimano SLX, XT, XTR, Deore, and related two-piston disc-brake calipers. The organic friction compound is reinforced with Kevlar, making it an excellent replacement for refill pads that have worn thin, become glazed, or suffered contamination, all while allowing the existing cooling fins to remain in service. Please note that these inserts cannot be installed directly into the caliper without the matching Subzero backplates, so ensure your bicycle is equipped with the correct cooling-fin set before placing your order. Simply fit both refill pads and the supplied spring into the reusable backplates, inspect and clean the rotor, retract the pistons evenly, and progressively bed in the assembled brake pads after installation.
