They are perfect for replacing pads that have worn thin, become contaminated, or developed a glazed surface. The ceramic formulation ensures consistent friction even as brake temperatures rise. Before ordering, be sure to check the model number printed on the caliper, as different generations of Shimano Saint do not all use this pad shape. Installation involves inspecting and cleaning the rotor, carefully retracting the pistons, and sliding the pads into the caliper with the appropriate retaining hardware, followed by checking caliper alignment and progressively bedding in the new pads.
