The compound is engineered to withstand the repeated braking loads typical of electric bicycles, making this box an essential resource for workshops, rental fleets, and service departments that frequently maintain e-bikes. Replace the pads when the friction material shows signs of wear, glazing, or contamination, and simultaneously inspect the rotor for scoring, contamination, and minimum thickness. Installation involves cleaning the caliper, carefully retracting the pistons, and sliding the new pads into place; please note that retaining hardware is not confirmed as included and should only be reused if undamaged. After installation, the pads must be bedded in progressively.
