QM Sportscare 3 Extra Hot Cream - Bottle 450ml

Strong warming cream with a high concentration of red peppers for warm and supple muscles.
To be used in extremely cold and wet weather.
Apply sparingly.
Remove with QM9 before washing.

Can be used at temperatures between -10°C/14°F and 0°C/32°F.
Contains even more red peppers than QM2 and gives even more heat to the muscles.
Rub the cream in until it disappears.
The cream penetrates the skin into the muscles and doesn’t leave a red skin color.
A red skin color means that blood would be drawn from the muscles to the skin.
Less blood in the muscles = less performance!
Warming up of muscles and tendons immediately gives a good feeling.
Flexible muscles and tendons reduce the risk of injury during warm-up or intensive sports activities.
QM3 ensures 100% performance.
Use in outdoor sports.
When it’s very cold, apply this cream to arms, legs and feet, not to the face.
Do not apply too much on the first use, adjust afterwards according to your own “good” feeling.
We recommend that you remove the QM3 Hot Cream after exercise with QM9 After Sports Wash lotion.
This avoids a burning sensation when showering.

Tips:
When exercising in wet weather, an extra top layer of QM5 or QM6 oil can be rubbed over the skin after applying the QM3.
This top layer allows the water to drain off faster and protects the QM3 Extra Hot Cream longer during its operation.
Cyclo-cross riders rub their arms, legs and feet with QM3 Extra Hot Cream in icy cold conditions.
For the body it’s best to use QM1 or QM2 creams.
All 3 QM warming creams are also ideal for use during winter sports such as cross-country skiing, biathlon, downhill & slalom skiing, skating and sledding.
