Sram Red AXS Brake Lever/Shifter 12V Right - Black

With the new AXS HRD shift/brake system, SRAM has made the most significant advancement in the new Red components. The shape of the hoods and the carbon brake lever have been completely redesigned. This not only enhances ergonomics for a wider range of hand sizes but also significantly improves power transmission from all handlebar positions.

Thanks to a modified pivot point and the repositioning of the primary piston to the shifter body, the brakes can now be operated with just one finger, whether you're on the lower handlebars or the hoods.

Another standout feature is the additional shift button integrated into the hoods, which can also control ANT+-compatible bike computers. The textured main shift paddles operate using the proven eTap shift logic, with one rocker switch for upshifting and another for downshifting. If both paddles are pressed simultaneously, the front derailleur shifts.

You can personalize the shifting behavior via the SRAM AXS app, and additional SRAM Wireless Blip Shifters can be integrated as well. The lever width is easily adjustable using a conveniently located hexagon socket screw. Additionally, the pressure point on the lever can be adjusted to prevent contact between the lever and handlebars.

Bleeding Edge technology ensures a simple and clean bleeding process. Thanks to its slim design, SRAM has achieved an impressive weight reduction of 83 grams for the Red HRD shift/brake system compared to the previous version.
