When it comes to deceleration, the eTap® brake/shift lever delivers comfortable performance along with controlled modulation. Shifting is easier than ever with the dual control lever for 1x12-speed drivetrains: one paddle to shift to an easier gear and one to select a harder one – nothing extra, nothing distracting. Comfort is enhanced by the ability to adjust the grip width and the redesigned grip body shape, which accommodates all hand sizes and allows for optimal operation from any position.

Wireless shifting, battery power management, and mechatronics. The eTap® shift logic has one goal: to provide the most intuitive operation possible. The right lever shifts to the higher gear, while the left lever shifts to the lower gear. Both levers can control the chainrings. Simple, smooth, and intuitive.

Reach Adjust:
The fit and ergonomics of the brake lever are very personal matters. Not only do hand sizes and finger lengths vary, but each rider also has individual position preferences. With the reach adjustment, the lever can be easily set up for maximum control with just one finger.
