The City Slicker has a zipper at the bottom of the jacket, for optimal freedom of movement of your legs while cycling.
Of course there is an extra panel of fabric behind the zipper to protect you from the rain and even add some extra color to your outfit.
This is not a normal raincoat, this is cycling fashion!
