M E T Padset L for Trenta 3K MIPS
A correct installation of the Mips® Air Replacement System is essential for the proper functioning of the helmet.

The Mips® Air System is held in place by several attachments, each secured to the helmet with Velcro.

When removing the Mips® Air system, pinch each Mips® attachment (fig. 1) with two fingers and gently pull it away from the helmet, preferably lifting one side of the attachment at a time.
Repeat this process for each attachment of the system (fig. 2).

When reinstalling the Mips® Air system, ensure that each Velcro piece is correctly positioned by aligning them one by one.
The Mips® Air System is exclusively designed and tested for use with the intended model Trenta 3K.
The Mips® Air systems are not interchangeable between other helmet models or sizes.
Installing the Mips® Air system on an incompatible helmet or size may result in the helmet not functioning properly.

- NOTE: Pulling too hard may detach the inner Velcro fastenings of the helmet and/or break the attachment.
- The pads can be cleaned by gently rinsing them with lukewarm water and drying them at room temperature.

Measure the circumference of your head (just above the eyebrows) to determine your helmet size.
If you’re between sizes, choose a MET cycling helmet in the larger size to make sure your helmet fits.
Most MET bicycle helmets and MET children’s bicycle helmets are equipped with a turning mechanism, so you can tighten the helmet to fit you.
This also applies to MET children’s bicycle helmets.

The bicycle helmet should be placed on top of the head, so not too far back or over the forehead.
Adjust the helmet’s inner mechanism and chin straps while you’re wearing the helmet (the straps should come together in a Y-shape just below your ear).

Always replace your bicycle helmet after a crash or other type of impact, as the shock it absorbs during impact will permanently damage the helmet.
