The M E T Hooray Mips cycling helmet is a safe, fun, and comfortable helmet designed especially for young riders. Its colorful, kid-friendly design makes children actually want to wear it, while the shell is shaped to provide extra coverage over the two most sensitive areas of the head: the back and the temples. The rear of the helmet is deliberately flattened so it sits comfortably when your child is in a front or rear child seat, without pushing the head forward. Inside, the in-mould polycarbonate shell with EPS liner is combined with the MIPS-C2® system, which adds an extra layer of protection against certain rotational impacts. MET’s Bimbi Secure Technology helps avoid pressure on the fontanel, and the Safe-T JR fit system with a 360° head belt allows the helmet to grow with your child’s head. A pinch-free ratchet buckle, 10 vents with an insect net, and reflective rear details complete a helmet that keeps little riders safer, cooler, and more visible on every trip.

If you’re between sizes, choose a MET cycling helmet in the larger size to make sure your helmet fits.
Most MET bicycle helmets and MET children’s bicycle helmets are equipped with a turning mechanism, so you can tighten the helmet to fit you.

The bicycle helmet should be placed on top of the head, so not too far back or over the forehead.
Adjust the helmet’s inner mechanism and chin straps while you’re wearing the helmet (the straps should come together in a Y-shape just below your ear).
