It can be operated in 3 modes: 1. Rear unit on, 2. Surround lighting on, 3. Lighting off. Lighting on a bike helmet is essential for your safety, especially in low light or darkness. It significantly increases your visibility, making it easier for other road users to notice you. The lighting in the helmet is rechargeable. The complete light unit can be easily removed from the helmet, and the charging port is located at the back. After charging, simply click the light unit back into the helmet. The light unit powers the entire helmet, ensuring that all (hidden) lights are illuminated. The lighting can last for approximately 4 hours continuously. ERT stands for Energy Reduction Technology, an innovative technology specifically designed to reduce impact and rotational forces in the event of a fall. Bike helmets made solely of EPS primarily protect against direct, linear impacts, but in an accident, rotational forces can also be released, which can be harmful to the brain. ERT helps absorb and distribute these forces, resulting in measurable impact reduction. The blue ERT padding also provides a very comfortable fit.
