Yepp Mounting Bracket Nexxt Mini 1 1/8" + Windscreen (AHS)

With this bracket, a Yepp Nexxt seat can be mounted on a bicycle with AHS headset without any problems.
An adjustable stem remains easily adjustable and a display of an electric bicycle can also simply remain in place.

The space required for mounting is only 4 mm.
The windshield can also be mounted.
JP1075: for 1 1/8 inch (28.6mm)
JP1076: for 1 1/4 inch (31.8mm)
JP1077: for 1 1/2 inch and Cannondale suspension (38.1 and 39.8 mm)

ATTENTION: HBS advises to use this bracket only with steel inner tubes of front forks.
Front fork tubes made of aluminum and carbon are usually not suitable for absorbing forces other than those for which they are intended.

Mounting Yepp Nexxt bracket for AHS:
1/ Insert the locking pin into the correct hole in the bracket so that the top protrudes and falls into the clamping slot of the stem when mounting. On some bikes it is at the front, on others at the back.
2/ Disassemble the stem by loosening the bolts and unscrewing the bolt on top of the stem completely.
3/ Remove the stem from the front fork. Check whether the front fork inner tube is made of steel. If the inner leg is made of Aluminum or Carbon, we advise not to mount this bracket.
4/ Slide the bracket over the front fork and make sure that the locking pin is on the correct side (front or rear) so that it fits into the slot of the stem.
5/ Reassemble the stem and make sure everything is tight. If the bolt for the star plug has become too short, take a longer bolt or an extra star plug on top of the current star plug. We recommend that you consult your dealer about this.

Mounting screen:
6/ Slide the bracket of the screen over the eyes at the front and mount the original bolt (from Yepp (3)) sometimes this is an ordinary M6 bolt, sometimes a quick release.
7/ Drill a 5mm hole through the plastic to mount the M5x30 bolt (4), this will secure the screen against turning.
8/ Check operation.
