The Park Tool AV-5 is an essential shop accessory designed to hold a wide variety of axles and spindles, making bicycle wheel and hub maintenance a breeze. In addition to accommodating most common quick release and thru axle sizes, the AV-5 features smaller openings for brake and shifter housing or hydraulic hoses. It also includes a 1" hex opening for use with Park Tool cassette and freewheel tools such as the FR-1.3 or FR-5.2G. With vinyl-dipped retaining fingers and strong magnets, the AV-5 can remain permanently in the vise jaws or be easily removed and stored. The precision-extruded aluminum construction ensures that it won't damage your components.
