The wide yet lightweight aluminium rim is ideal for the large-volume racing tyres that are often used today.
The rim is connected to the DT Swiss 370 hub with sturdy flat aero spokes.
With its solid bearings and proven Ratchet LN toothed disc freewheel system, it ensures reliable propulsion and clean power transmission.

- RATCHET LN:
The ratchet LN freewheel system is the entry into the world of high-quality ratchet systems from DT Swiss and takes the products from the lower price segment to a new level.
In the 370 hub, the ratchet LN freewheel replaces the classic 3-pawl freewheel system.
The same internal components are used as with the ratchet system.
The difference between the two systems is the sealing of the freewheel system via a sealing ring on the freewheel body.
This means that older pawl systems with ratchet LN can also be converted to a DT Swiss ratchet system.

- TUBELESS:
All DT Swiss wheels are tubeless ready.
The profiles of the DT Swiss rims are specially designed for tubeless use. The rim profile makes it easier to fit the right tyre and guarantees a perfect fit.
The tubeless system of the rim consists of DT Swiss Tubeless Ready Tape rim tape for sealing and a DT Swiss Tubeless valve in the appropriate length.
When using Tubeless Ready tyres, the use of a compatible sealant is required.
However, it is also possible to use the classic combination of tyre and inner tube.

- BEARINGS:
Based on years of experience, DT Swiss uses only robust industrial bearings without adjustment of the play on the bearings.
DT Swiss hubs are designed in such a way that when correctly fitted, the axial and radial bearing play is optimal without adjustment options.
The correct preload of the bearings to compensate for the clamping force of the wheel mounting system is the basis for a play-free hub with minimal friction.

- PRO LOCK®:
DT Pro Lock® prevents the connection between spoke and nipple from coming loose by itself. The Pro Lock® process involves injecting a special two-component adhesive into the threads of the nipple, which allows for the construction of very robust wheels.
The adhesive is activated as soon as the nipple is tightened and is fully cured after a few hours. Re-centering is possible, although the adhesive strength decreases slightly with each action.
