The DT Swiss RWS quick release has been specially developed for the standard Predictive Steering with 15 mm axle diameter at the front wheel.
This standard is found on the RockShox RS-1.
The big advantage lies in the higher thickness of the axle , which results in a much stiffer fork.
The difference is especially noticeable when approaching, cornering and braking.
