In the meantime (since 2010) `this` flat springs are only in combination with the internal tooth washers - Ø 19mm installed in all pulleys-based hub!
I.e. 240/440/340/190 / `95/98/Hügi TD/DT540
Old `high` springs and pulleys with a diameter of 19mm should never be combined!
