Freedom of movement cleats are ideal when you don't want to be trapped by the pedal while pedaling.
CONTEC's "Clip Look" cleats have a clearance of 9°.
In this area the foot can find its own position on the pedal.
This is also useful if your knees get pinched when you're on the move.
After that, you can move your foot back and forth a bit to walk pain-free.
The cleats are compatible with all Look pedals, except the KEO Carbon Look pedal.
Mounting screws and washers are included in the delivery.
