Large 2.4 inch display, user-friendly and 34+ training functions: the R5 GPS is the top model of the VDO R series for all your sporty rides on your road bike, gravel bike or mountain bike!
All important basic data such as speed and trip distance are measured either via GPS or via the supplied magnetless speed sensor for even more accurate measurement.
A real highlight is the integrated barometric air pressure sensor for accurate altitude measurement, including display of the gradient.
This computer also distinguishes itself by handy Track navigation and Search & Go navigation with turn-by-turn directions.
A highlighted blue square in the top right corner of the display provides a new way to view exercise data or turn-by-turn prompts.
More data such as heart rate measurement or cadence measurement are possible via included ANT+ and BLE sensors for heart rate and cadence.
When you have finished your training, you can quickly & easily (automatically) upload the data to Strava and komoot.
Together with the compatible Sigma-VDO Ride App, you can also set your training displays individually or show Smart Notifications.
In addition, it can be linked to compatible E-bikes.
The VDO R5 GPS comes with an over clamp butler, which places the GPS computer centrally on the handlebar, just above the stem.
This holder fits handlebars with a diameter of 31.8 to 35.0 mm.
