Crank holder for fixing the crank during chainring assembly or disassembly.
Clamp the crank holder in a vice.
Select the appropriate adapter for square or Shimano Octalink/Hollotech II.
Loosen the side knurled screw.
Insert the previously selected adapter into the crank holder and then tighten the side knurled screw again to fix the adapter in place.
Put the crank on the adapter.
Fix the crank with the included knurled screw which you screw into the thread of the adapter from above.
