Based on the success of the Cinturato Gravel RC, our very first gravel racing tire, we have developed an even stronger version: the Cinturato Gravel RC X. This model features the new Techwall technology, with additional bead-to-bead protection. The Cinturato Gravel RC X retains the characteristic tread design of our RC models and is designed for gravel racing on the most demanding surfaces.

SpeedGRIP technology:
The new SpeedGRIP compound maintains the same polymer matrix and improves rolling efficiency. The greater need for speed or mileage with the same effort on gravel, with a combination of asphalt, gravel and aggressive terrain, and a mix of uses - from racing to pack
to adventure - prompted Pirelli engineers to optimize this new rubber for better energy management.
The SpeedGRIP compound maintains the same tear resistance as its MTB counterpart (SmartGRIP) and has high chemical grip (also known as wet grip). More efficient energy management reduces rolling resistance to levels very close to those of pure road racing tires.
The properties of Pirelli's new SpeedGRIP compound formulation are tailored to any weather condition, whether the terrain is dry or wet. In developing the Scorpion ™ MTB rubber formulation.

TechWALL X Gravel :
To create a tire that meets all the demands of gravel racing on challenging surfaces, our engineers combined road-specific reinforced casing technologies with MTB-specific technology. This blend resulted in a tubeless-ready construction that features a reinforced and cut-resistant 60-tpi fabric that extends beyond the tread line, as well as a bead-to-bead protective layer.
