Rapidfire Plus is designed for quick shifting. The rider can downshift up to three gears with a single action.

2-Way Release allows the cable to be released by pushing with the thumb or pulling with the index finger. This means you don't have to adjust your riding style to the rear derailleur; instead, the rear derailleur adapts to your riding style.
