The SHIMANO Acera RD-M3020-8 rear derailleur shifts smoothly in all situations, both on and off the road. The long cage supports gears up to 40 teeth, giving you a wide range even with 2-speed drivetrains. You can also shift accurately and smoothly on off-road terrain thanks to the dual servo technology. This mechanism ensures that the rear derailleur moves optimally and that the derailleur pulley is positioned evenly relative to the gear in all gears - for uninterrupted shifting and pure riding pleasure.
