Thanks to the revised SERVOWAVE technology, the overall system impresses with its quick yet easily adjustable response behavior, ensuring that no descent is too steep and no trail too challenging.

The completely redesigned sensor unit with I-SPEC EV clamp supports the end of the reservoir directly on the handlebars. The additional support in the direction you pull the lever increases stiffness and stability during intense braking maneuvers, providing more braking feel and control on the trail. Additionally, a differently designed pivot point compared to its predecessor allows for a more natural finger movement. The grip width can be easily adjusted with an integrated adjustment wheel. The hydraulic system is filled with SHIMANO LOW VISCOSITY mineral oil, which has a significantly lower viscosity than standard SHIMANO mineral oil. This results in faster and more precise transfer of brake pressure and consistent braking behavior in various conditions and temperatures.

The J-Kit comes pre-filled, and thanks to the pre-assembled olive, the cables can be easily shortened and even routed through the frame. Additional bleeding is usually unnecessary.
