The Hesling Elegance Smoke is a dark, transparent dress guard set enclosed by a fully colored plastic edge. The Elegance is easy to attach using the combination clip and held in place with the clip around the seat stay. This jacket protector can be placed in front of and behind the seat stay. Also equipped with a hole so that you can use the lock without any problems. Suitable for bicycles with 28 inch wheels.
