Hebie is a manufacturer of mudguards, chain guards, dress guards, luggage carrier racks, bicycle kickstands, locks, grips and other bicycle parts. 

In 1868, the company started out as a cork-cutting factory. 
When bicycles became an increasingly mass-produced item around the 1880s, Hebie started the production of bicycle grips made out of cork and, later on, celluloid.
