You can wear the Flow Pad knee protectors anywhere you like. However, off-trail, they might look a bit unusual. They definitely protect your knees. Despite their slim profile and lightweight construction, the FlowPad knee protector is certified Level 2. This means that moderate to heavy impacts are easily absorbed. So you won't feel knee pain after a fall. The Sas-Tec pad is removable, making it easy to wash the protectors after a muddy run. The material is breathable and comfortable to wear, even on longer rides. The pad is held in place by a tightly woven and durable aramid outer material. An additional TPU layer reinforces the construction and is designed to slide better without snagging during a fall. Integrated EVA foam side pads provide extra protection. Even from your own frame. The long shape of the FlowPads has been tested over thousands of vertical meters and has proven to be effective. Very effective, in fact. Thanks to the elongated design and specially placed silicone strips on the inside of the cuffs, the protectors stay securely in place and are perfectly paired with padded pants. A gap between the pants and the protector is a thing of the past. Whether you're pedaling, jumping, or pumping – the FlowPad stays where it belongs. The right frame height is also very important:
it is the first step to finding the correct riding position.
A bicycle frame that is too small or too large can lead to limited height adjustment options, which in turn may lead to an inconvenient height difference between the saddle and handlebars.
Use the inseam length to determine which frame size is right for you.
You can do this by measuring the inside of your leg, from the top of the thigh down to the floor.
