The Reelight AMS Constant is a minimalist hub-mounted light. A reliable, durable, and maintenance-free lighting solution, designed for bikes with v-brakes or cantilever brakes, and perfect for daily urban use.
Induction-powered
The AMS Constant is powered by magnets attached to the spokes of the wheel. The lights generate their own renewable energy through induction as the magnets rotate past the lamp – no batteries, no charging, no worries. Once installed on the hub, the AMS Constant lighting automatically activates as you ride, ensuring you are always visible and safe in traffic, day and night.
Installation is quick and easy, and the lights are compatible with bikes featuring v-brakes or cantilever brakes. (For bikes with disc or roller brakes, see our Reelight SL200 series models).
Mounting:
The AMS Constant lights are attached to the hub with plastic brackets and serve as an alternative to our SL100 and SL200 series. Installation is effortless: the lamp head slides into the bracket. Once you have found the desired distance between the lamp head and the magnets, secure the lamp to the bracket.

Constant mode:
The AMS Constant offers constant/stable lighting, in accordance with Dutch legislation. As the wheels turn, the magnets on the spokes generate energy through induction. This energy is stored in a capacitor, allowing the lamp to maintain a stable glow while riding.
