The Top-Lock adapter offers a unique option to quickly attach the Up-Town Rack to the luggage carrier.
Not only is the initial installation on luggage carriers from 80 to 160 millimeters and a tube diameter of 8 to 16 millimeters completed in no time, but the attachment and removal of the basket is also very easy thanks to the release handles located on both sides.
