Ortlieb Vario Plus QL2.2 Bicycle Backpack 26L - Dark Chili

This reddish-brown hybrid bag, the Vario Plus from the renowned German brand Ortlieb, combines a backpack and a single bicycle bag into one. The bicycle bag has a capacity of 26 liters and is made from durable, abrasion-resistant PU-coated Cordura fabric. Bag with Laptop Compartment and Roll Closure
The Vario Plus has a spacious main compartment that includes a large slip pocket (A4 size) and a zip pocket. The slip pocket can accommodate a laptop up to 14 inches. The bag closes with a waterproof roll closure secured by a metal hook, which can be fastened at two different heights. The less luggage you have, the more compactly you can roll the bag shut. On one side of the bag, there is a mesh slip pocket (not waterproof). Items you need quickly on the go can be stored in the separate outer zip pocket. The removable base plate reinforces the bottom of the bag.

Backpack and Bicycle Bag Combined
The redesigned Vario Plus backpack features the Quick-Lock 2.2 attachment system on one side and a padded carrying system with a chest strap and ergonomically shaped shoulder straps on the other. These shoulder straps are finished with reflective thread. A flap with an integrated zip pocket covers the unused side of the bag, allowing you to switch sides easily, secured with a metal hook.

Waterproof and Reflective
To make the bag 100% dust and waterproof (protection rating IP64), the roll closure must be rolled at least 3 to 4 times. Reflective material is applied to the sides of the bag for good visibility in the dark.

Quick-Lock 2.2 System
You can easily attach the Vario Plus bicycle bag to your bike's luggage rack using the new Quick-Lock 2.2 hooks. By pulling the handle connected to the click system, the anti-scratch hooks detach from the luggage rack tube. The QL2.2 hooks fit luggage racks with a tube diameter of 8 to 16 mm. The size of the hooks can be individually adjusted without tools to fit racks with tube diameters of 10, 12, 14, and 16 mm. Separate inserts are no longer necessary. The rotatable holder rail at the bottom allows the bag to be attached to either the left or right side of your bike.
