600D PES
Woven from 600 denier polyester yarn and with a thick PU coating, this tear-resistant and lightweight fabric is extremely versatile.
When it comes to keeping the weight of the backpack as low as possible under moderate stress, this is the ideal solution. The “deuter Super Polytex BS” version is produced in accordance with the strict bluesign® standard. The characteristics and stress factors are identical.

100D PA RIPSTOP
An extremely lightweight polyamide material with a clear honeycomb structure.
This 100 denier material is used in our lightweight backpacks, the 210 denier version is used for bicycle backpacks.
The reinforced yarn woven into the honeycomb structure increases the strength and gives the thin material stability.
PU coating on the inside.

3D AirMesh perforated shoulder straps.
These anatomically shaped straps guarantee comfortable freedom of movement.
The adjustable chest strap ensures a better fit.
Breathable Mesh on the hip belt stabilizes the load.
Two pre-formed layers of foam with Air Mesh lining and minimal back contact ensure maximum airflow.
Flexible aluminum rods in the foam profile can be bent to fit the back exactly (Bike I, Superbike and Trans Alpine).

Manufactured without PFAS
This deuter product is manufactured without the use of per- and polyfluorochemicals.
This reduces the use of substances that are harmful to the environment and health.

PFAS is used, among other things, as a coating for rain protection, because they have water, dirt and grease repellent properties.
Instead, deuter now uses a DWR (Durable Water Repellency) impregnation, which is harmless to health and the environment.
