3. Removable mounting in combination with the Detachable Bag system (DBS).

The Basil DBS Detachable Bag system enables you to install (and remove) Basil panniers quickly and easily. The system consists of two plates, with one plate permanently installed on your pannier with straps and the other installed on the luggage rack.

After that, all you need to do is put the double pannier on the luggage rack and turn the knobs 90 degrees clockwise. Your Basil double panniers are then securely fastened until the next time you decide to remove them.
