With the USB-WERK you can provide your electric devices with power while cycling.

The USB-WERK is connected to the hub dynamo and makes the electricity usable, by providing 5V potential and a current up to 1A. A integrated, small buffer-accu ensures, that even when cycling slowly or during short brakes the potential is still 5V. This makes the USB-WERK very suited for charging/powering various USB-devices.

It is not comparable with normal chargers for mobile devices; it provides electricity to mobile end devices. While using this can be enough for charging, with divices using much power it can be enough for slowing down the discharge. The faster you cycle, the more power can be available.

The USB-WERK A/C works on the "plug-and-play" principle: You connect the device to be charged with the correct adapter cable and the charging starts with the cycling.

In addition the USB-WERK A/C has a buffer-accu, which is important for devices like an iPhone: stopping for traffic lights and short moments of not cycling the needed speed (17km/h) can easily be bridged by the accu, so a continuous charging of the devices is guaranteed. The USB-WERK A/C provides lots of freedom and the independence of power sockets.
