The updated ShImano 105 FC-R7000 crank offers the ideal balance between weight and efficiency, without sacrificing stiffness.
Thanks to the wider gear pitch, the clearance between the chain and the smaller sprockets is increased, improving compatibility with modern frames with a 135 mm fork spacing.
This allows the use of 410 mm chainstays. The saddle offers optimal power transfer and is available in multiple gear combinations (50-34T, 52-36T, 53-39T) for a wide choice.

The model is suitable for 11-speed rear gears and is compatible with LINKGLIDE and HG 11-speed chains. The chainline is 43.5 mm and the BCD is 110 mm, with a Q-factor of 146 mm. The saddle has 4 chainring arms and is equipped with HOLLOWTECH II technology for a light and strong crank arm construction. Crank arm lengths are available in 160mm, 165mm, 170mm, 172.5mm and 175mm.

The saddle has no chain guard or protective edge and is compatible with both outboard and press-fit bottom brackets. Recommended bottom brackets are SM-BBR60 (threaded) and SM-BB72-41B (press-fit), with screw sizes of 68mm and 70mm. The SHIMANO 105 FC-R7000 therefore offers both excellent performance and versatility for the demanding cyclist.
