connects the brake cable and the V-brake brake system in a corner of 90°.
The Power Modulator makes sure the braking power is well distributed,
so the wheel cannot slip as fast when the braking power gets too high.

- Connect the outer cable to the brake cable tube
- Pull the inner cable through the brake cable tube,
and connect the inner cable to the V-Brake brake system with an Allen key
