Yamaha E-Bike Display With Handlebar Switch - Black

The new 2019 type C multifunctional display for Yamaha e-bike drives sets standards in terms of integration.
The control and connection of the eBike with the smartphone is an essential innovation driver for the personalization of the e-bike drive systems.
Yamaha is consistently following this path and will be coupling the functions of the display to the apps from Komoot for iOS and Google and Welfit e-Kit for Google from autumn 2019.

The original Yamaha multi-LCD display type is compatible with all e-bikes with the Yamaha drive systems PW-SE, PW-TE and PW-X that have CanBus technology from generation 2019.
It is not backwards compatible with the Yamaha PW-X and PW-SE until 2018.

Scope of delivery
Yamaha Display C including permanently installed cable connection to the engine wiring harness (40cm cable length) as well as the local control unit (30cm cable length) but without display holder.

The 2.8" display can be configured individually and shows:
- Speed
- Battery capacity
- Selected support level
- Current torque or power consumption
- Time

The representation of the following functions in the display can be freely configured and personalized:
- Maximum and average speed
- Daily and total kilometers
- Remaining range
- Cadence
- Calorie consumption
- Display of the navigation when connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth
- Display of fitness information when using a chest strap via Bluetooth
- Display of the compass function when connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth

The USB output via Micro USB-B provides enough current with 1 ampere to trickle charge your smartphone via the Yamaha e-bike USB charging cable.
The display is controlled via the remote control supplied, in which the pushing aid is integrated.

The new 2019 Yamaha E-Bike Multi LCD Display is not downward compatible and can only be combined with the Yamaha PW-SE, PW-TE and Yamaha PW-X drive systems with CanBus technology from 2019 without exceptions.
