Deze Schwalbe binnenband is een praktische multi-standaard optie voor fietsen met kleine wielen, ontworpen om te passen op bandbreedtes van 32 millimeter tot 47 millimeter over verschillende 14 inch velgtypes en één veelvoorkomende 16 inch maat. Het ondersteunt 37-288 (14 x 1 3/8) en 47-288 (14 x 1.75) voor klassieke 14 inch opstellingen, en het past ook op 32-298 (14 x 1 1/4) tot 37-298 (14 x 1 3/8) voor compatibele 298 mm standaarden. Voor geselecteerde 16 inch modellen dekt het 40-305 (16 x 1.50), wat het een handige band maakt voor werkplaatsen en huishoudens met verschillende fietsen met kleine wielen. De 40 millimeter Presta ventiel (SV) biedt nauwkeurige drukcontrole en eenvoudige inflatie op standaard velgdiktes.

Welke fietsband past op welke velg?

De zogenaamde ETRTO-maat bestaat uit 2 getallen.
Het eerste getal geeft de breedte van de band in millimeters aan.
Het tweede getal geeft de diameter van de buitenband aan.
Stadsfietsen hebben bijvoorbeeld vaak de bandmaat 37-622.
De band is dan 37 mm breed en de fietsband heeft een diameter van 622mm.
De maat 622mm is dus bindend voor de maat band die op uw fiets past.
De breedte maat (37mm) is niet bindend.
Er kan ook een smallere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 32-622) of bredere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 40-622) op uw fiets.
